Our version of this old tale brings us straight to the 𝗘𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗮 region where we use tasty and tender pork fillets wrapped in Prosciutto di Parma, cooked to perfection, and served with smooth and creamy mashed potatoes.
